For accurate pricing, a site visit may be required. Measurements, photos, and project details may be collected during the site visit to prepare the quotation and work plan.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation or invoice. Work may require a deposit before starting. The remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed project stages or after work completion.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on work scope, material availability, manpower, weather conditions, site access, and approval from the client. Delays may happen due to changes in design, additional works, late payment, or unexpected site conditions.

6. Additional Work

Any work not included in the approved quotation will be considered additional work. Extra charges may apply and must be agreed before the additional work starts.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client should provide correct project information, site access, timely decisions, and payment according to the agreed terms. If materials are supplied by the client, KP Global Enterprise Group SDN. BHD. is not responsible for defects, shortage, or quality issues of those materials.

8. Warranty and Workmanship

We aim to provide quality workmanship. Any warranty or defect liability will depend on the type of work, materials used, and agreement stated in the quotation. Damage caused by misuse, water leakage from external sources, structural movement, or third-party work is not covered.

9. Photos and Project Showcase

We may take photos or videos of completed works for project records, portfolio, website, or social media. If the client does not want project photos to be used publicly, they may inform us in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

KP Global Enterprise Group SDN. BHD. will not be responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, client-supplied material problems, or issues outside our control.
